A little about me

I’m a Senior UX/UI and Digital Designer with 7+ years of experience improving e-commerce journeys, building scalable design systems and delivering digital creative across beauty and retail.

My work sits between UX, visual design and creative operations. I’ve led website redesigns, improved customer journeys through analytics and testing, and built reusable Figma systems that help teams deliver more consistently. More recently, I’ve developed AI-enabled creative workflows, localisation systems and templates supporting global campaigns spanning hundreds of assets.

I enjoy finding better ways of working, not only improving the final experience, but also the systems, processes and team experience behind it. Alongside hands-on design, I’ve led and mentored designers, introduced shared standards and helped teams build their confidence in Figma and component-led working.

People are a big part of how I approach leadership. I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who gave me the confidence and space to grow, and I try to create that same environment for others. I believe in being present and supportive while giving people the freedom to explore their own ideas, make mistakes, learn from them and develop their own voice as designers.

I’m naturally curious and collaborative, and happiest when turning something complicated or inconsistent into something clear, useful and scalable. I care about craft and detail, but also about creating a team culture where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work.
